Hello and Bonjour,

Welcome to École Dr. Bernard Brosseau Middle School for the upcoming academic year, 2023-2024. My name is Joe Marion, and it is my privilege to serve as the Principal, dedicated to our students, staff, and school community.

Dr. Brosseau offers a bilingual educational experience, with English and French immersion programs available for students in Grades 5-8. Our commitment lies in providing exceptional education within a nurturing, faith-based environment. We strive to empower every student to achieve their utmost potential through explicit instruction, research-backed methodologies, and comprehensive collaborative plans tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of each individual. We prioritize fostering positive relationships with our students and actively promote their mental well-being.

Our exceptional team of educators profoundly values and acknowledges the inherent worth of every child, firmly believing that each student is a precious gift from God. Similar to a closely-knit family, our school community remains united in our efforts to support and enrich the lives of those entrusted to our guidance.

Collaboration among students, staff, parents, and the community is the bedrock of a thriving school. As we accompany our students throughout their middle school journey, we wholeheartedly appreciate the crucial role parents play in their children's development at home. Parents constitute an integral part of our school, and we are truly fortunate to have a vibrant School Council and Parent Advisory Committee actively involved in our endeavours.

The essence of Dr. Brosseau's motto, "Sharing the Spirit... Partager L'Esprit," permeates through our hallways and classrooms. The Holy Spirit thrives within our educational institution, and we eagerly look forward to a fruitful and successful academic year!
